Tell us why Happy should be free! 🐘

By Courtney Fern on September 14, 2020
Share this story:

The NhRP wants to hear from you! Tell us why you want to see Happy released to a sanctuary with her right to liberty recognized.

Send us one or both of the following to have the chance to be part of our next grassroots campaign event to #FreeHappy and have your voice heard:

A short video of you saying why you want to see Happy free. Start your video by saying “I want Happy to be released to sanctuary because…”

A photo of you holding up a sign that says “#FreeHappy” or a sign finishing this sentence “Happy should be free because…”

Tip: Videos and photos can be shot on your mobile device or a camera. Try to shoot in landscape (horizontally) with good natural light. Make sure we can hear and see your message loud and clear!

For your chance to be part of this grassroots campaign event and join the fight to #FreeHappy, please submit your video or photo by 11:59 p.m. PT on Wednesday September 23rd, 2020 using this link, where you can also find full terms and details.

If you have any questions, please contact me at cfern@nonhumanrights.org.

Courtney Fern is the NhRP’s Director of Government Relations and Campaigns.
