Gabby is the NhRP’s Development Manager. She brings extensive experience in development, fundraising, and strategic partnerships, primarily within the animal protection and advocacy sector. Over the past seven years, Gabby has cultivated major donor giving, managed grant portfolios, and directed large-scale sponsor and exhibitor relations for international events. Her expertise includes building organizational funding programs from the ground up, streamlining data management, and fostering collaboration across organizations. Gabby holds an M.S. in Community Development and Public Affairs from Rutgers University, Camden; an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Organizational Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and an M.S. in Communication Information and Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She received her undergraduate degrees in Mass Communications and Business Administration from Tusculum College.
